Apertor is advancing a diverse pipeline of bisteric Interceptors to selectively disrupt protein-protein interactions (PPIs) driving cancer progression by improving depth of response and/or target rebound. Our lead program disrupts mTORC1/4E-BP1 in solid tumors, with additional discovery programs addressing high-value, therapeutically refractory targets in our pipeline.
